The proportion of the 18–24 year old population that are fully engaged in employment, education and/or training at or above Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Certificate III, by Indigenous status.

• participation in full time education or training at or above AQF Certificate III, or
• participation in both employment and education/training at or above AQF Certificate III.
