Guide for use:

The GHE NMDS consists of 2 mandatory data clusters and 1 conditional data cluster.

The first two data elements named in each data cluster form one of the two axes of a matrix that combine to provide all data in Australian dollars.

Data are to be reported in Australian dollars except when reporting the State/Territory identifier of the Jurisdiction.
