Comments

Guide for use:
May apply to imaging, pathology and/or pharmacy services, according to relevant National Minimum Data Set (NMDS) specifications. Each diagnostic test or simultaneous set of related diagnostic tests for the one patient referred to a hospital pathology department consists of one occasion of service.

Comments:
Replaces Occasions of Service version 1, generalising its applicability to encompass the Outpatient Care NMDS, commencing 1 July 2005.
