User story:

My boss needs to know the information from a report is correct so they have confidence that they are making the right decisions. They also need to see that there is transparency in the approval process behind the descriptions used in the report. It is time consuming to search the files and intranet for what terms are the correct terms and who is responsible for approving the report.
