Definition
An indicator of whether a hypertensive disorder during pregnancy is present. Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy include eclampsia, preeclampsia, gestational hypertension, chronic hypertension (essential and secondary) and preeclampsia/eclampsia superimposed on a hypertensive disorder.
