Guide for use:
These are places provided by the public housing authority under a partnership agreement with the relevant State or Territory health and/or community service authority. Such agreements commit the State or Territory health and/or community service authority to assist people within their homes by providing ongoing clinical and disability support, including outreach services.
'Place' refers to capacity as at June 30, not throughput over the entire year.
