Guide for use:
Once an investigation is finalised an outcome is recorded in the system.
CODE 1 Investigation finalised
A finalised investigation is a notification received in a financial year which was investigated and the investigation was completed and an outcome of substantiated or not substantiated recorded by 31 August of the following financial year. Finalised investigations are broken down into 'Substantiated' and 'Not substantiated' categories.
CODE 2 Investigation in process
Where the investigation was ongoing at the end of a period.
CODE 3 Investigation not able to be commenced or completed
Where every effort has been made to investigate the concern, but was not possible.
